Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged in transit or an incorrect item was received.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, preference changes, or post-purchase personal reasons.
As a policy, MKWardrobe does not offer Cash on Delivery. All eligible refunds are processed digitally.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. Bank processing time may vary depending on customer banking channels.
MKWardrobe reserves the right to reject claims that are suspicious, inconsistent, abusive, unsupported, or appear fraudulent.
Exchange requests are fulfilled only if replacement stock is available. If unavailable, an alternative resolution (store credit/refund/alternative size) may be offered at our discretion.
All return, exchange, and refund decisions are subject to internal quality verification and policy checks. In case of disputes, MKWardrobe reserves final decision authority, subject to applicable law.
