MKWardrobe Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 22 February 2026

1. Order Model and Payment Terms

• Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp communication.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI and Bank Transfer only.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

2. Size Exchange Policy (Within 3 Days)

• Size exchange requests must be raised within 3 calendar days from delivery date.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packing intact.
• Customer is responsible for return and re-shipping charges for size exchanges.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability of requested size.

3. Returns Accepted Only for Damaged or Incorrect Product

Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged in transit or an incorrect item was received.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Within 24 Hours)

• An unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged/wrong item claim.
• The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Video must clearly show package condition, shipping label, and product status.
• Claims without proper video evidence may be rejected.

5. No Returns for Change of Mind

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, preference changes, or post-purchase personal reasons.

6. No COD Policy

As a policy, MKWardrobe does not offer Cash on Delivery. All eligible refunds are processed digitally.

7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. Bank processing time may vary depending on customer banking channels.

8. Right to Reject Suspicious or False Claims

MKWardrobe reserves the right to reject claims that are suspicious, inconsistent, abusive, unsupported, or appear fraudulent.

9. Stock Availability Clause

Exchange requests are fulfilled only if replacement stock is available. If unavailable, an alternative resolution (store credit/refund/alternative size) may be offered at our discretion.

10. Final Decision Authority Clause

All return, exchange, and refund decisions are subject to internal quality verification and policy checks. In case of disputes, MKWardrobe reserves final decision authority, subject to applicable law.
